We want you to love your Mrs. Fury Spear pieces. If something's not right, here's how we handle it.

Return Window

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

Eligibility

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. Final sale items (marked at checkout) are not eligible for return.

How to Start a Return

Email us at [your support email] with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you instructions once approved.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of approval. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? Contact us and we'll help you swap it, subject to availability.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or wrong, email us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo, and we'll make it right at no cost to you.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
